Before You Book

Booking Policies & FAQ

Preparation varies by treatment. For PMU services (brows, lip blush), avoid blood-thinning medications and alcohol 24–48 hours before. For skin treatments, come with a clean face and avoid active retinoids 5–7 days prior. We'll send you specific pre-care instructions after booking.

Yes, a $50–$100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking deposit. We understand emergencies happen and handle these situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all new clients. This is a 15–20 minute discussion where we assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan. No obligation — just expert advice.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit, e-transfer, and cash. Payment plans are available for courses. Please note that credit card payments may incur a small processing fee.

To maintain the peaceful, focused environment our clients love, we ask that you come to your appointment alone when possible. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us deliver the best experience for you and other clients in the studio.
